About Limber

We build media engines. Not just content.

Limber is a content infrastructure company. We exist because most companies treat production as a creative problem. We treat it as a systems problem.

Founded by Jake Larson. Serving the San Francisco Bay Area, California and Austin, Texas. We travel for the right project.

Media is a revenue function. Most companies don't operate it that way.

Most B2B companies are stuck in a different model. They hire an agency for a one-off video. They task a marketer with managing a podcast on top of everything else. They invest in production without investing in infrastructure. The result is content that costs too much, ships too slowly, and doesn't compound.

Limber exists to fix the infrastructure problem. We design and operate the production systems, studio environments, and workflow architecture that let modern companies publish consistently without chaos.

We work primarily with B2B SaaS and tech brands because those are the companies that understand compounding returns: in product, in marketing, and now in media.

Our approach is borrowed from software engineering: build the system first, then operate it. We think about content the way a great engineering team thinks about deployment: repeatable, observable, and continuously improving.

Every engagement starts with infrastructure. What's the studio setup? What's the workflow? Who owns what? How does a piece of content move from idea to published? Only once those foundations are in place do we start producing.

The result is a media operation that doesn't depend on heroics. Your team can scale it, hand it off, and rely on it, because it's a system, not a service.

Attention is infrastructure.

Distribution is not a nice-to-have. The ability to reach your audience consistently is a core business capability, and like all infrastructure, it needs to be built and maintained deliberately.

Content should compound.

Every piece of content you publish should make the next one easier to find, more trusted, and more effective. That only happens if you're consistent, and consistency only happens with a system.

Founders should own distribution.

The most powerful content in B2B is founder-led. Executives who build in public, share their thinking, and show up consistently create unfair advantages for their companies. We build the systems that make that possible without consuming their time.
